Jose Meza Chef and Owner has 35 years experience with Mexican cuisine. His degree in Restaurant Management and Saute Chef began his culinary career in French cuisine. He later became a Regional Food Supervisor for a well knowen Mexican Restaurant Corporation over a span of 26 years. Jose's passion for creating fresh Mexican food is always well complimented with his friendly and quality service.
Our excellence and mission goal is creating delicious authentic Mexican food freshly prepared everyday and always reasonably priced. We specialize in hand trimmed charbroiled meats and fresh seafood. No lard is used in preparing our Mexican cuisine so we offer a full vegetarian menu. No freezer, never frozen means serving you the very freshest and finest Mexican food.
